PKW Motorwerks ("we", "us") sends text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and opt in. Messages relate to your vehicle service: appointment requests, confirmations and reminders, digital vehicle inspection results, repair estimates and approvals, status updates, and replies to questions you send us.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our online appointment request form at /book, by giving your number and verbally/in writing agreeing to texts at our counter, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or service.
Message frequency varies based on your vehicle's service activity.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. PKW Motorwerks does not charge for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop texting you. For help, reply HELP or call us at 630-281-4100.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
